Return and Cancellation Policy

Products: Unfortunately, all sales must be final with SparkleTuff abrasive anti-slip floor coatings since they are sensitive to weather (if stored below freezing temperatures, for example) and that it must be shipped with special markings on the box and a special shipping label, since the Part B is considered a mild corrosive. We regret we cannot offer refunds for these products.

We’ve tried accepting refunds of this product, and it’s expensive to make, and we ALWAYS get a bag of the product totally destroyed in a box that wasn’t packed properly. We end up throwing the whole thing away, and often that’s hundreds of dollars worth of our product. 

If a SparkleTuff can has been dented but there hasn’t been any loss of product, that would not be a reason to return the product. The coating inside the dented can will not have been harmed (yep – someone contacted their credit card company for a full refund because FedEx slightly dented one can - and then they went ahead and used the product in that dented can and still got the refund from their credit card company.)

We do like to make every effort to be fair to our customers because we very much appreciate their business and we pride ourselves in being kindhearted people here at Safety Direct America. If you would like to make a return for any reason, contact us to see what we can do. But please take note of the common-sense rules we’ve created above. We’re a small company, not a publicly traded massive box store, so if you order it, please be sure you’ll be using it or please find someone nearby who can use it. We hope you appreciate our situation and know that we’re doing our best to be as fair as possible, but the law requires special shipping requirements for this product. Thanks!
